When will my funds be available?
Checks submitted on a business day prior to 5pm EST (2pm PST) will begin processing on the same day. Checks submitted after 5pm (2pm PST) and/or on a non-business day will begin processing the following business day. Checks are reviewed each weekday.
Generally, once approved, funds are made available on the 5th business day after approval. Please note: One can place an extended hold for up to 9 business days from the date of deposit based on such factors as credit worthiness, the length and extent of your relationship with One and its affiliates, transaction and experience history, and such other factors as One, in its sole discretion, deems relevant.
Once a check is deposited, the pending check will not display in your app until it has been accepted/approved and may occasionally take up to 1 business day after being accepted to appear as a pending transaction. If you do not see your pending check 1 business day after receiving your acceptance email, please contact support.

Eligibility for Check Deposit is based on account history, activity, and other criteria. Eligible customers will see the feature in their accounts within 30 days of account creation. If you opened your account more than 30 days ago and you do not have Check Deposit, you may submit a request here. Please note that we review each request, though review does not guarantee eligibility for this feature.
