Is ONE secure?

ONE account security is paramount. We implement the following to keep your ONE account secure.

Encryption
ONE protects data in-transit and at-rest with industry-leading, 256-bit AES level encryption. We use and support biometric identification to open the ONE app, such as Face ID and fingerprint authentication.

ONE uses advanced security to ensure your account cannot be maliciously accessed, and your information is safe.

Notifications
ONE users can receive instant transaction alerts anytime the ONE card is used. Turn on notifications during the account setup or in your phone's system settings.

Instantly block transactions
If your ONE card is lost or unauthorized use suspected, you can block all your ONE card transactions. Open the ONE app, tap on card details, then tap "Report lost or stolen card" to disable transactions and immediately prevent new debit purchases or ATM withdrawals.

Pocket Lock
Instantly prevent money from being withdrawn by ACH from Pockets. Toggle Pocket Lock on in a specific Pocket, and ACH debit attempts by an external party will be rejected. You can use Pocket Lock on any Pocket to protect yourself from unauthorized ACH including Auto-Save, Save, Spend, and any Pockets you create. You'll still be able to have money deposited into your Pockets from external accounts, and you can use your ONE card and transfer between Pockets no problem.
