Customers that are eligible for a new account will receive a link to reapply within 7 business days of approval.
Please be aware that:
- Not all customers are eligible for reapplication;
If approved for a new account, any new One account created will have new account numbers and no previous account history included;
Statements from previous accounts will no longer be available in app after reapplication is completed.
Prior to reapplication, we recommend downloading all statements.
