In some instances, you may not see the One iOS widget following a recent update. Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try before contacting our Customer Experience team.
Apple devices running iOS 14 or newer have the ability to place a shortcut to your most frequently used or favorite apps right on your Home Screen or in your Today View. The One widget provides "at a glance" information, such as Pocket card assignment or Pocket balance, without having to launch the One app.
Missing iOS Widget after update to One app version 1.27
In some instances following an update to the One app to version 1.27, some users may not see the One widget available when attempting to add. In some cases, it may take a few hours for the widget to appear following the most recent update.
Updated and waited, still no widget
In the event, you have waited a few hours following the most recent One app update, you can complete a few troubleshooting steps you can complete before contacting our Customer Experience team.
- If you've recently updated, be sure that you have signed in recently.
- Sign out and sign back in
- Power cycle your device (completely power off and back on)
- Reset Network Setting
- Delete the One app and reinstall
