In the event, your card was lost or stolen or you detect suspicious activity, you can lock your card immediately from within the One app or via our website by logging in
Lock your card
1. Launch the One app.
2. In the Pockets menu, tap your card in the top right corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom to "Card Settings"
4. Next to "Card status" tap the toggle from "Active" to "Blocked"
