If your card was lost or stolen, follow the steps below to get a new card sent to the address on file.
- Sign in to your ONE account
- Select the card icon at the top right corner of the screen
- Select Report lost or stolen card
Keep in mind that choosing Report lost or stolen card will immediately deactivate your current physical card and any new transactions on your lost or stolen card will be declined. While you wait for a replacement to be sent to you, a new virtual card will be issued in the app to make purchases online, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Just click on Show card details to see your virtual card's information.
