We've all experienced that moment of dread when you realize your card is missing. If this has happened to you, fear not, take a deep breath and follow these instructions to cancel your old card and receive an updated one.
How to order a new card
We recommend first looking around to double-check your card is indeed lost. Once you've done that, follow these steps to have a new card sent to you:
- Log into your One account
- Click Details at the bottom right of the screen
- Under My Card, click on the image of the One card
- Select Report lost or stolen card
- Select Cancel and replace card
PLEASE NOTE: This will block any transactions on your lost or stolen card. While you wait for a replacement to be sent to you, you can continue to use the virtual card in the app to make purchases online. Just click on Show card details to see your virtual card's information.
