Cancel and replace a lost or stolen card. Please click here if you need to replace a damaged card.
We've all experienced that moment of dread when you realize your card is missing. If this has happened to you, fear not, take a deep breath and follow these instructions to cancel your old card and receive an updated one.
Missing your card? So sorry to hear that, we've got you covered! We recommend first looking around to double-check your card is indeed lost. Once you've done that, follow these steps to have a new card sent to you:
Log into the One app on your phone
Click "Details" at the bottom right of the screen
- Under "My Card" click on the image of the One card
In "Card Settings" select "Report lost, stolen or damaged"
Click "My card is lost or stolen" and select "Cancel and replace card"
PLEASE NOTE: This will block any transactions on your lost or stolen card. While you wait for a replacement to be sent to you, you can continue to use the virtual card in the app to make purchases online. Just click on the 'View back' link and then 'Unmask' below the image of your card to see your virtual card's information.
