We allow you to connect your external bank to your ONE account. ONE uses Plaid to securely and easily connect to most major banks. This will allow you to easily transfer funds at your convenience. Please be sure that any external accounts connected to One are in your name.

My bank is not listed in ONE
If you don’t see your financial institution listed within ONE via Plaid, scroll down and tap on Link with account numbers. Here, you will enter the account and routing numbers of your external bank. ONE will make two micro deposits of less than $1 each into your external account in 1-2 business days.
Once you see the two micro-deposits in your external account, log into ONE and then:
- Select Move Money
- Select Add money from bank
- You should see your external bank listed as pending. Select Verify
- Enter the amount of the micro-deposit and you're good to go
In some cases, you may need to submit extra documentation such as a recent account statement to help verify the ownership of that external account. After connecting your bank account, you will be able to transfer funds into your ONE account.
Please note: Transfers may take up to 5 business days to become available in your ONE account.
Pro tip: To achieve a faster deposit time, add ONE to your external banks platform via Plaid, or by using your One routing and account number. When you push funds to ONE from the external bank, the funds may arrive faster.
