We provide digital statements within both the mobile and web versions of your account by the 7th of each month.
To access your statements, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account
- Select the Details tab in your ONE mobile app or the icon with your initials on the website
- Select Statements in the My money section
There you will see an entry for each of your monthly statements. Clicking on the month will then display its statement.
