The length of time a transfer takes will vary based on the type of transfer you are making.
Internal Transfers
Moving money between Pockets (ie. moving money from your Spend to Save Pocket) will usually happen instantaneously but can take up to 1 minute.
External Transfers
Funds transferred from a connected bank account will usually post within 3 business days (M-F) but can take up to 5 business days.
Pro tip: You may be able to connect your One account from your external account's side. Some banks will provide you the options to send money to your One account using its account and routing number.
When will my direct deposit be available?
Your direct deposit will post to your One account once we receive the funds from the provider.
Early Paycheck may post up to 2 days earlier than the scheduled payment date. Early direct deposit of a paycheck depends on factors such as timing of the payer’s deposit transmission, and the type of payer transmitting the deposit. Any timing differences that may occur are typically due to the payer’s payment practices.
