I've just received my physical card in the mail and noticed its expiration date and CVV code are different from the virtual card in my app. Is there something wrong?
No - this is expected behavior and will update as soon as you activate your physical card.
When you open an account we issue you a virtual card that you can begin using immediately. Upon receipt and activation of the physical card, we terminate the original virtual card and replace the card image with the updated card values that match your card.
Please note: You should update any payments you have setup with your virtual card after activating your physical card.
