Replace a damaged card that is still in your possession. Please click here if you need to replace a lost or stolen card.
Is your card damaged and no longer working? Follow these steps to order a new card:

Log into the One app on your phone

Click "Details" at the bottom right of the screen

Under "My Card" click on the image of the One card

In "Card Settings" select "My card is damaged"

Click "My card is damaged" and select "Replace my card"
While you wait for a replacement to be sent to you, you can continue to use your current card and the virtual card in the app to make purchases online. Just click on the 'View back' link and then 'Unmask' below the image of your card to see your virtual card's information.
