We’re thrilled to provide One customers with a new contactless debit card that works with tap-to pay and in your digital wallet. If you have an old card (the first eight digits are 539689 00) then you should upgrade your existing One card. All you need to do is:
- Go to the Details in your One account and click on the One Debit Card image.
- Select My card is damaged (although your current card isn’t damaged, this will work until One’s “upgrade card” feature is rolled out).
- Select Replace my card - this will keep your current card working while we order a new one for you.
- Wait for it in the mail!
Note that your card details (including your card number) will change - you’ll need to update this with any merchants who store your current card information once you activate your replacement physical card.
