How do I set up or change my Auto-Save contribution?
To select how much of each direct deposit you’d like automatically moved to your Auto-Save Pocket, follow the steps below.
Step 1: From your dashboard, tap Activate next to Auto-Save (as shown below). You can find this nested within your Save Pocket.
Step 2: Tap on the grey Off button to turn Auto-Save On or the green button with your current % contribution if you wish to change your contribution amount.
Step 3: You should now be on the Pocket Settings page. From here, use the slider under Auto-Save Contribution to determine how much of each direct deposit you would like to automatically move to your Auto-Save pocket.
To guarantee this amount will move into your next direct deposit, please ensure that you complete these changes at least 24 hours prior to the expected date of your direct deposit.
In the example above, 5% of this customer's direct deposit will go into their Auto-Save Pocket. Let’s say that they receive two direct deposits in a month - one for $1,000 and another for $1,200. In this example, $50 will be moved from the first direct deposit into Auto-Save and $60 will be moved from the second direct deposit.
Step 4: Confirm that your change has been successful by navigating back to your Auto-Save pocket. You should now see a green bubble next to Saving contribution per paycheck with the percentage you selected on the slider in the previous step.
Step 5: Sit back and relax! Your Auto-Save Pocket will continue to grow as long as you have it turned on and keep it funded.
