What do I do if my routing number is not recognized by my financial institution or payroll provider?
On occasion, internal systems used to identify routing numbers have not been updated to include new routing numbers. It's fairly rare for One because our Coastal routing number has existed for several years (FedACH® Participant Details). However, in the event that your financial institution, payroll provider, or other provider does not recognize our routing number, please send them the attached document so that they may be aware of our routing number and update their systems.
FYI: This is something the financial institution or payroll provider would have to do on their end.
