Question
What does One consider as a direct deposit?
Answer
At One we consider many forms of income as a direct deposit, not just paychecks from your employers.
Income can be:
- Regular paychecks*
- Social security income
- Government salary
- Other government payments such as annuities
- Retirement payments
- Unemployment payments
Direct deposits are not transfers made from one personal account to another and, at the moment, we do not support ACH transfers for self-employed individuals.
If you believe a recent deposit into your account should be considered a direct deposit, please reach out here with the following information:
- Date of Deposit
- Deposit Amount
- Depositor Name
- Reason for consideration
We will review these individually and decisions will be made at One’s discretion based on the information provided.
*To qualify as a direct deposit, paychecks must be from a private company or other employer type.
