Getting cash

Where can I withdraw cash?

You can use your ONE card to withdraw cash at most ATMs. You may also be able to withdraw cash at the register when making purchases if the merchant provides this service.

Are there any fees for using ATMs?

ONE charges a $3 fee for ATM withdrawals in addition to any fees charged by the ATM itself.

You can avoid the ATM fee from ONE by receiving $500 or more in qualifying direct deposits in a rolling 31 day period, though the ATM provider may charge a fee.

What is the ATM withdrawal limit?

You can withdraw up to $500 a day. We are unable to increase this ATM limit.

How do I get more than my daily ATM limit in cash?

In some situations, you may need more cash than you can withdraw from an ATM. In these cases, you can get cash by going into a bank or credit union and presenting your ONE card and photo ID to the teller. This is often referred to as a “cash advance” or an “over-the-counter withdrawal”. Using this method, you can withdraw up to $5,000 (the daily card spending limit) as long as the funds are available in Spend. ONE doesn’t charge a fee for this type of transaction, but the bank or credit union may.
