We have a very small window of time to cancel a transfer for you. If caught in time, we can only cancel an ACH transfer that was initiated out of your ONE account to another financial institution. We are unable to cancel transfers created using another financial institution. You'll need to contact that institution to see if they are able to do so.
Contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to get that transfer canceled. Once the transfer has started processing we are unable to make any changes.
If you initiate a transfer with a Peer-2-Peer service (CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, Xoom, etc) we will not be able to cancel the transfer. Please reach out to the P2P service directly to get the transfer canceled or returned.
We are working on developing the capacity for our users to cancel ACH transfers in their ONE account.
