Was your transfer cancelled even though you have sufficient funds in your external account? If so, please read below for an explanation and a solution.
In order for a transfer to successfully go through, One must be able to verify the balance in your external account. Sometimes financial institutions can’t allow us to verify your balance via Plaid. Though we trust you have the funds, if we're unable to verify them, the transfer will be cancelled.
First, please be sure the external account you wish to transfer funds from has sufficient funds when you initiate the transfer.
You can also connect your One routing and account number to your external bank. Once connected, send the funds to One, from the external bank’s platform. When funds are sent to One from the external bank, we don't have to verify the balance and your funds will arrive faster. Win win!
