If you are waiting for a refund from a merchant, please contact the merchant directly to see if they can provide additional assistance.
One does not have the ability to see if a refund is pending to your account until we receive it from the merchant
Which Pocket will the funds deposit into once processed?
This may differ slightly based on how the merchant processes the refund. Most commonly, the funds will go to the Pocket where the card is currently pointed. The refund will not always appear back in the Pocket from where it was charged.
Will a refund be received if it is sent to a card that is no longer active?
Yes, a refund should be received even if a card is no longer active.
