One will post your direct deposit as soon as it has been received from your employer or benefit provider. The timing of your deposit depends on when the sender initiates the payment to your One account. This means your direct deposit may not post at the same time each cycle. Deposits post Monday-to-Friday throughout the day.
When a direct deposit is initiated by your employer or benefits provider, we do not receive the direct deposit instantly. It goes through several steps of processing before arriving at One. One does not have insight to where your direct deposit may be in this process until it arrives at One and we post it to your account.
My deposit should have been posted by now. What do I do?
Please contact Customer Experience if your direct deposit has not posted to your account in 2 business days after receiving notification that it was sent. We also suggest that you check with your payroll provider to ensure that they entered the correct routing and account number.
One observes all federal and bank holidays and direct deposits will not be posted on these days.
