How can I reset my passcode?

  • Open and log in to the ONE app on your phone
  • From the Spend tab, tap the icon of your initial in the upper-left corner 
  • Tap Change App Passcode
  • Enter your current account passcode
  • Create and confirm a new four-digit passcode 
  • Your new account passcode will be immediately updated

If you are experiencing issues with your passcode, please contact Customer Service so we can help. 

What do I use my passcode for?

Your account passcode is required to verify certain requests on your account, including:

  • Signing into your account on a new device and the website
  • Updating your profile information

If you have face recognition or fingerprint authentication on your devices, you will not be required to enter a passcode during the login process.
