If you are unable to sign in due to no longer having access to the phone number on file, follow these steps first.
Once you are able to sign in to your account:
- Go to Details.
- Tap on View profile under your name.
- Tap Edit next to your phone number.
- Enter your new phone number and tap Continue.
- You will be asked to complete a one-time password to your previous phone number or current email. If you do not have access to your previous phone number, tap on Try another method and select Email.
- Once you complete your email verification, enter the 6-digit code you’ve received on your new phone number. We send this to ensure you’ve entered the number correctly.
