If you no longer have access to the phone number associated with your ONE account and are unable to sign in, you may do so using email verification. To do so:
- Enter your sign-in information
- Tap on Try another method underneath the verification code box
- Select Email. If email does not appear as a method, fill out this form. Our Customer Service team will send you a link to verify the email address on file. Once verified, you will see email as an option.
- Enter the code sent to your account email.
- Follow the steps here to update your phone number.
