We have received reports from users unable to log in while on to an Xfinity/Comcast wifi connection. We have tracked this to users who are using their Advanced Security product.
While we are currently engaged with both Xfinity and our own providers to resolve this permanently, here are some steps a you can take to temporarily alleviate this issue:
- Remove ‘auth.onefinance.com’ from the block list in your XFi Advanced Security dashboard. If you are unfamiliar with this process, Xfinity Customer Care can walk you through the process. NOTE: Please note this step may need to be repeated occasionally while we work with Comcast to have this resolved.
- Disable Wifi and use mobile data or connect to an internet provider that is not Xfinity.
