What is Auto-Pay?
Set up Auto-Pay to ensure timely payment to your Credit Line. With Auto-Pay you can select a Pocket or external account from which to make an automatic monthly payment.
How do I set up Auto-Pay?
After signing in to your ONE mobile app or web:
- From your Pockets Dashboard tap on your Credit Line Pocket
- Tap on Set Up next to Auto-Pay
- Tap on Amount to select between Statement Balance or Minimum Payment Due.
- Tap on Payment Method to choose a Pocket or external institution for your payment.
- Please note, your Pay On date will depend on the method selected. Payments from a ONE Pocket will occur on the 26th of each month. Payments from an external bank account will be initiated on the 20th of each month.
- Tap Enable Auto-Pay button
Please note, if Auto-Pay is enabled on or after the date shown in the Pay On field, your Auto-Pay enrollment will take effect the following month. You will need to make a one-time manual payment for the current month.
Can I choose to pay more than my Minimum Payment Due?
Yes, you can set up Auto-Pay to make a minimum payment or to pay your statement balance.
What payment methods can I select for Auto-Pay?
Auto-Payments can be set up from a One Pocket or from a connected external institution. The date that your payment is initiated (Pay On date) will depend on the method selected. Payments from a One Pocket will occur on the 26th of each month. Payments from an external bank account will be initiated on the 20th of each month.
What happens if my Auto-Pay fails?
You will be notified via email and push notification (if enabled) if an Auto-Pay fails. Payments can fail due to insufficient funds in your selected Pocket or external account. If your payment has failed, please submit a one-time payment prior to your due date.
Can I edit my Auto-Pay amount or payment method?
Absolutely! To edit your Auto-Pay, sign in to your One app or web app:
- Tap on your Credit Line Pocket
- Tap on Edit next to Auto-Pay
Please note: any changes made on or after the 20th of the month will take effect in the following month.
When will my Auto-Pay be made?
Payments from a One Pocket will occur on the 26th of each month. Payments from an external bank account will be initiated on the 20th of each month.
Can I make a one-time payment?
Yes, you will be able to make a one-time payment in addition to your scheduled Auto-Pay. To do so, sign in to your One account:
- Tap on your Credit Line Pocket
- Tap the Pay button located to the right of your balance
- Follow the steps to complete a one-time payment
Can I delete/unenroll from Auto-Pay?
Yes, you can delete your Auto-Pay. After signing in to your One account:
- Tap on your Credit Line Pocket
- Tap on Edit next to Auto-Pay: On
- Tap on the Delete Auto-Pay button located at the bottom of your screen
