ONE debit card

How do I activate my card?

  • Sign in to your ONE account
  • From the Spend tab, tap the Vector.png icon to access the My Card menu
  • Select Activate Card
  • Enter the requested details to verify your card information
  • Set a four-digit PIN

Please make sure you have your physical card with you to reference when you’re activating your card.

When will I get my first debit card?

Your ONE card will arrive via USPS within 7-10 business days after you open your account. 

How do I set and reset my PIN?

If you would like to update the PIN for your card, please follow these steps:

  • Sign in to your ONE account
  • From the Spend tab, tap the Vector.png icon to access the My Card menu
  • Select Change Card PIN
  • Enter and confirm your new pin
  • Select Set PIN
  • Your PIN will be reset and immediately ready for use

What if I lose my card?

If your card is lost or stolen, please immediately report your card as Lost or Stolen within the app to deactivate it and prevent unauthorized purchases. A new ONE card will automatically be sent to the mailing address on file. You can do so by following the steps below:

  • Sign in to your ONE account
  • From the Spend tab, tap the Vector.png icon to access the My Card menu
  • Select Report Lost or Stolen Card
  • A new debit card will be sent to the mailing address on file

How do I freeze my card?

If your card is lost or stolen or you detect suspicious activity, you can freeze your card immediately from within the ONE app or via our website to prevent further card transactions. To freeze your ONE debit card, please use the following steps:

  • Sign in to your ONE account
  • From the Spend tab, tap the Vector.png icon to access the My Card menu
  • Select the option to toggle it to OFF next to Freeze Physical Card

If you need to unfreeze your ONE debit card, just follow these steps again and toggle the Freeze Card button back ON. Your card will be active and able to process purchases again immediately.

How do I order a replacement card?

If your debit card is damaged, you can order a new card without terminating your existing card by following these steps

  • Sign in to your ONE account
  • From the Spend tab, tap the Vector.png icon to access the My Card menu
  • Select Replace Damaged Card
  • A new ONE card with your existing numbers will be sent to your mailing address on file  

You can continue to use your card until the new one arrives and is activated. Your new card will have the same card number as your old card, but a different expiration date and security code (CVV).
