Update about Credit Line services
As of May 12, 2022, ONE no longer offers Credit Line as part of our banking services. This also applies to any customers that opened a Credit Line through a partnership such as Acorn. For now, we're shifting our focus to more completely support the areas of our customers' financial lives related to spending and saving their money. Customers can no longer spend or access money from their Credit Line. If a customer has an outstanding balance, there are no changes in payment requirements or methods.
If you’re interested in being one of the first to learn more about future credit tools ONE may add, we encourage you to complete the linked form to sign up for updates. Keep in mind that submitted forms will not receive an individual response but will be reviewed to collect general feedback. If you’ve opted in to receive updates about future credit tools, we’ll contact you once there's an update to share.
What if I have a recurring bill or payment that comes out of my Credit Line Pocket?
Please remove Credit Line as the payment source for any bills. If bills are set to come out of your Credit Line, the payment will fail.
What if I have a balance on my Credit Line?
You are responsible for paying off your balance. You may either follow your regular payment schedule or choose to pay off the full balance.
How do I make payments on my Credit Line?
You’ll still be able to make payments as you normally would with the same minimum payments and low interest rate. If you haven’t already, we recommend setting up Auto-Pay. It’s a true set it and forget it way to make your payments.
